She is a high-ranking financial executive with over 20 years of extensive corporate financial management experience.
Wendy has held senior financial leadership roles for over 15 years, including CFO, VP of Finance and Financial Controller at international electronic manufacturing companies. Her experience spans listed companies in the US and Europe, US private equity - owned portfolio companies, and more. She also has extensive experience managing cross-functional teams, including HR, Admin, logistics, IT and legal functions.
Wendy holds a Bachelor's degree in CPA Specialization from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics. She is a member of China Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA), and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the United Kingdom.
