Traditional manual IC programming processes, while functional, carried inherent risks as production volumes grew. Manual operations meant potential programming errors, inconsistent cycle times and limited traceability – factors that directly impacted our customers’ evolving demands in the competitive marketplace

Automated solutions, measurable results

To address these operational challenges, we have built an automated system that performs both parts of the process; it runs faster and more consistently, and thus reduces defect rates.

The system seamlessly integrates automated IC programming and automated tape packaging. This integrated process achieves a throughput of up to 1,000 units per hour.

This full automation of programming significantly speeds up processing, delivering a 58% improvement in programming and packing cycle times compared to offline individual taping steps.

Compared to manual taping, real-time visual inspection and MES integration ensure consistent quality and complete production traceability, delivering speed and confidence at scale.
