Our Specialist BOA® / Precision Plastic Moulding Capabilities
Tooling Design & Fabrication.
Our in-house tooling team designs and builds precision moulds for complex geometries and tight-tolerance parts (±0.01mm), multi-cavity and family moulds for high-volume efficiency and prototype-to-production tooling with DFM optimisation.
Automated Manufacturing Excellence.
Our 200+ plastic injection machines (50–530T clamping force) and centralised material supply system enable streamlined material distribution for improved efficiency and consistency. We also offer automatic runner trimming. Our manufacturing capabilities span from micro-to-large part production (1.27g–2,000g).
Custom In-House Pigment and Colour Matching.
We operate an in-house colour lab with Pantone-matching capabilities. Through this service we have developed thousands of unique colours to help realise our customers’ vision for their product.
