Selina Lee joined Ryder in 1995 in the sales department and was quickly promoted to Shipping and Logistics Manager. She later held several key roles within the corporate team before becoming General Manager of a Customer Business Unit in 2012. Later on, she was promoted to Divisional VP for the System on Module and Specialty & Consumer business units, where she built strong customer relationships, drove business development initiatives, and gained a keen understanding of market dynamics.
Selina was recently appointed VP of Supply Chain Management. Drawing on her commercial-side experience, she aims to make supply chain a stronger driver of customer acquisition and growth, through more competitive quoting, better data to support procurement negotiations, and earlier visibility into costs and timelines for strategic planning.
Selina has over 30 years of experience in operations management and business development. She holds a degree in International Economics and Trade from Sun Yat-Sen University.
