Dongfang Ding joined Ryder in 2004 as a quality engineer. Transitioning into operations management in 2014, she was promoted to General Manager for BOA Business Unit in 2016, followed by her appointment as Divisional Vice President.
Before Ryder, Dongfang built her professional foundation through key roles across multiple industries, including as a Mechanical Designer within the automotive sector, and as a Quality Supervisor for electronic component manufacturing based in Shenzhen.
Her deep expertise spanning manufacturing operations and end-to-end business management underpins her leadership as Vice President of the BOA Line of Business, with expanded responsibilities covering automation development and AI.
Dongfang holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Shenzhen University.
