Overview

Ryder’s multidisciplinary engineering capabilities provide end-to-end solutions that are tailored to our customers’ needs. Our design services are tightly integrated with our manufacturing — accelerating time-to-market and reducing risk, as products move from concept to volume production.

Our electronic engineers specialise in analog and digital circuit design, multi-layer PCB layout, switching-mode power supplies and power amplifier modules for audio, alongside RF connectivity across Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Wi-SUN, LoRa and 5.8GHz audio. Our mechanical design team covers structural and precision moving-part design, waterproofing to IPx8, thermal and pneumatic systems, industrial design and eco-conscious packaging. In-house tool-making capabilities support precision mould production of up to 30 sets per month.

On the software side, we deliver embedded MCU and Linux OS programming, app development and audio DSP with standard protocols such as MIDI and USB Audio Class.
