2.4GHz Wireless Audio Streaming Technology Application
- Ryder has a dedicated R&D team that possesses professional capability in wireless transmission technology and specializes in 2.4GHz frequency handling high quality (CD quality) audio signals. Recently, Ryder has developed a novel ready-to-use module delivering reliable audio transmission in a 1-to-n configuration with 2.4GHz Wireless Audio Streaming technology (“1” here refers to the base transmitter and “n” to the satellite receivers). With the new Ryder module, it is possible to have up to four “n” (receivers).
- Rather than simply “broadcasting” audio, video or other data, our module sets up a protocol between transmitter and receivers so that two-way communication is enabled and well controlled. While there are 1-to-1 systems on the market which have achieved this, Ryder’s 1-to-four application is one of the first.
- With this application, Ryder has applied for a patent on 2.4GHz Wireless Audio Streaming at the State Intellectual Property Office of the PRC. The patent application was accepted for examination on the 04th December 2009 under number 200910223180.9. After a protected period (during which the patent number is already unavailable), there will be an official accepted for examination of the patent by end of 2010.
