  • An introduction to Ryder’s Learning & Development System
  • Ryder has been dedicated to becoming a learning organization, distinguishing itself from other manufacturing companies and enhancing the service it provides to customers.
  • We offer a brief introduction of the modules in our learning and development system.
  • Training System
  • PDCA operation of training: A comprehensive training system including training needs survey, training course development, training course evaluation, training effect evaluation and feedback.
  • Learning credit system: A learning system set up by L&D which specifies the learning tasks of staff at different levels based on their work requirements.
  • Internal trainer allowance and management system: a system to select, evaluate and develop our internal trainers and training courses.
  • External resource: a support resource we use combined with the internal training to meet the company training needs.
  • Key training project:
  • Dragon Plan: A Leadership Program based on the “Strength Theory” of Gallop. The program aims to help staff find their individual strengths, develop their strengths in a team and exert their strengths in the organization so as to harness talents for the continual development of the company. It has succeeded in enhancing confidence and management skills of staff, as well as interdepartmental communication.
  • TTT Program: A program designed to train and develop the internal trainer team.
  • English training:
  • To improve the communication between customers and staff, Ryder has set up a multi-level English training(chick it for more) system, and launched a series of English training(chick it for more) courses as well as other English activities such as English Corner and English competitions.
